Nishani Polen is the first and the only child for Mr.Dayal Polen and Mrs.Mananti from west Bengal. The couple is from very poor economic background and depends on agriculture. Their child had been diagnosed with Large VSD and PAH which required an immediate open heart surgery for its survival. We at NHF decided to help this child out hence admitted for the surgery but we ought to discharge the child soon after the admission as she was unfit. The parents treated child for about three weeks and came back once gain and this time the surgery was successful.

NIshani was admitted and operated on 28th January 2016 and discharged fit on 8th February 2016. The family was very happy to get back their child and thanked Needy Heart Foundation and all the people who helped them in their difficult times.
